Ingredients:
-1 Kg minced meat
-3 minced large onions and 3 minced garlic cloves
-Meat spices, pepper and salt
-Large cup of Mainz Natural Cheddar
Method
-Mix all the ingredients apart from the cheddar.
-Add the spices to the meat and shape them into balls.
-Place the meat balls into a pan and add a tsp of oil.
-Add 2 tsp of tomato sauce with half a cup of water and add it to the meat balls.
-Place it on the stove for half an hour then place it into the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degree and cover it with foil.
-Take the pan out and add Mainz Natural Cheddar then put it back into the oven for 5 minutes in order for the cheese to melt.
-Serve it to your children with rice or pasta.
