Ingredients

-1 kilo boiled potatoes

-3 cups of cooking cream

-Salt and pepper

-6 garlic cloves

-1/4 cup of coriander

-2 cups of Mainz natural cheddar

-For the crunchy layer add one cup of Mainz natural cheddar.

-Place it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
