Ingredients:
1. A small spoon of cornstarch blended in a cup of cold milk
2. ¼ of cup of natural Red Mainz cheddar
3. Blend the cold milk which includes the cornstarch with the Red Mainz cheddar
4. Add red cheddar and butter till it completely melts
5. Add a dash of dry mustard or powder
6. The recipe is ready to be served
